What data we collect

We only collect data to operate fax service. Below is data that we collect when you using our Fax app.

• User Provided Information: You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information, such as your mobile phone number to Fax when choosing to participate in various uses of our fax service, such as registering as a user.
• Device Information and Internet Protocol (“IP”) address.
• Usage activity about how you interact with us such as purchase history, what content you viewed.
• Your documents will be uploaded to our fax server to send fax. They will be deleted after sending. We store your fax metadata (Example: senders, recipients, requested date, completed date) to display your fax history.

Usage data

We store your sessions, device types (device model, OS version), actions and error messages in order to maintain and improve our service.

App permissions

1. Storage read and write permissions(required)

Access your local storage JPG, pdf format documents for fax file sending.

2. Camera (optional): using camera to capture document.

If you import external files to fax, you don't need allow this permission.

Cookies and similar technologies

When you use the App, we may use cookies and similar technologies like pixels, web beacons, scripts to collect information about how you use our App and provide features to you. A cookie is a text file containing small amounts of information which is downloaded to your device when you access the App. The text file is then sent back to our server each time you use the App. This enables us to operate the App more effectively. For example, we will know how many users access a specific areas or features within our App and which links or ads they clicked on. This program should include the firebase SDK developed by Google, including account registration and login, Push information, simultaneous management of credit, etc., and the use of the Google admob advertising SDK.
